The room with window shut. The location was marvellous and magnificent - just 5 minutes' walk from Maison Louis Xiv Museum.

The staff were pleasant, accommodating. Booked a comfort king room with original breakfast included. A mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe were a bonus.

It is exceptional venue in an amazing location right at a big roundabout, the services it offers are outstanding...

easy check-in, parking close to hotel. good sized and silent rooms with a hair dryer, a kettle and a writing desk, exceptionally comfortable beds. marvellous location, a short walk to port of saint-jean-de-luz.

We stayed there for one night and had a perfectly pleasant experience, would definitely come back. The location couldn't be more perfect across from train station. Plus, it was close to the old port as well as a roundabout.

Fabulous stay on holiday during our visit, nothing to complain about. Fairly clean place with wonderful staff and great view of the mountains beyond.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the town and serves as a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms, although on the small side, are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with basic amenities, and have a lovely little balcony perfect for enjoying a glass of wine before heading out for dinner. The staff at the hotel provide excellent service, with a friendly and welcoming attitude. They go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay, such as offering beach towels and providing helpful recommendations.

The breakfast offered at the hotel could be a bit more varied and substantial, which is why we opted to have breakfast at one of the many charming bars in the downtown streets.

The receptionist gave up his parking spot for us. They extended our stay an extra night at our request; having to rearrange their books, etc. The staff was warm and friendly. The location is great if you arrive by train and it's also good for strolling in the charming old village. The breakfast was very nice.

We arrived by car and the traffic is chaotic. Just trying to figure out how and where to park to get to the hotel was frustrating. The room was so small, my husband had to leave his suitcase in the car. Seriously, it did not fit in the room. We had a triple room, which is a double with an extra bed squeezed in, so there was no place to put it.

Ann and her daughter Marina were perfect hosts. Our room was immaculate and noiseless. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Their attention to detail and advice on local sites helped a lot. This is an ideal spot to visit St Jean which has a real French village feel.

We had a fantastic time during our city break! The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the old city center. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food, and the fact that it was available until 11:00 am was a bonus! We also loved the typical Basque image of the town, with its charming "no traffic" streets and plenty of car or hiking excursions to explore.

The only small downsides were that there was no parking at the hotel, but there was a convenient drop-off place in front of the hotel. The free long stay parking was a 5-minute walk away, behind the railway station.

No parking available but we parked for free in a small road not far from the hotel.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. A well-run and truly exceptional place to visit in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Extremely helpful, very service-minded staff towards all guests. A lovely little balcony and a kettle in the room, perfect and easy location.
